PaldoWin Terms and Conditions – Rules of Play and Account Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the PaldoWin platform – including the website, mobile browser interface, and any associated services – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is between you and PaldoWin and becomes legally binding at the moment you create your account.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register a PaldoWin account and must not use the platform. Continued use of PaldoWin after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a PaldoWin account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. PaldoWin enforces a strict 21+ policy in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines. PaldoWin services are operated under a Philippine gaming license and are intended solely for players located within the Philippines.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of PaldoWin or its affiliated service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have an active account suspension on PaldoWin.

PaldoWin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Players who provide false eligibility information will have their accounts suspended and any pending withdrawals voided.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one PaldoWin account. Registering multiple accounts – whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same household – is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, PaldoWin will suspend all associated accounts and may void any balances or winnings generated across those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your PaldoWin account, including your real legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your Philippine mobile number, your date of birth, and your current residential address. PaldoWin uses this information for identity verification and for processing withdrawals to your registered payment accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PaldoWin account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. PaldoWin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact PaldoWin support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

PaldoWin is required to verify the identity of all players before enabling real-money deposits and withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, or PhilSys National ID) and proof of your registered payment method. KYC verification typically completes within one business day. PaldoWin may restrict account functions until KYC is fully satisfied.

4. Deposits

PaldoWin accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) only. The following payment channels are supported: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 via all channels.
• Processing time: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph deposits are credited within seconds. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet typically reflect within 15 minutes during banking hours.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso. PaldoWin does not accept foreign currency and does not perform currency conversion.
• Third-party deposits: PaldoWin does not accept deposits made from payment accounts registered to another person. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your PaldoWin wallet are processed in Philippine Peso to your registered payment accounts. All standard withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal destination account must be registered in the same name as your PaldoWin account.
• Your PaldoWin account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Funds deposited via GCash, Maya, or other e-wallets will be returned to the same e-wallet where operationally possible.
• PaldoWin does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Processing times: GCash and Maya – typically under 5 minutes; bank transfers – within one business day.
• Jackpot wins above ₱1,000,000 may require additional verification before payout, completing within two business hours in most cases.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotional offers on PaldoWin are subject to these general rules in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• PaldoWin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from an account at any time where abuse or misuse is suspected.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned on request, regardless of whether any winnings were generated using those bonus funds.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most PaldoWin bonuses carry a wagering requirement – a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱500 welcome bonus with a 10× wagering requirement means you must place a total of ₱5,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. 6.3 Free Spins

Free spins issued through PaldoWin promotions play at a fixed value as stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to a wagering requirement of 1× unless a different multiplier is stated in the promotion.

6.4 Refer a Friend Programme

The PaldoWin Refer a Friend programme rewards players for introducing new registrations to the platform. Referral bonuses are credited once the referred player completes account verification and makes a qualifying deposit. Full programme rules are available on the Refer a Friend page.

7. Sports Betting Rules

These rules apply to all sports and esports markets on PaldoWin, including the PBA betting section and MPL Philippines markets.

• Bet placement: All bets are final once confirmed on screen. PaldoWin will display a confirmation summary before any bet is locked in. It is your responsibility to verify the bet details before confirming.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent market movements. PaldoWin does not retrospectively alter confirmed odds except in cases of obvious error.
• Obvious errors: PaldoWin reserves the right to void and refund any bet placed at odds that were published due to a pricing error. Players will be notified promptly and the stake will be returned in full.
• Abandoned events: If a sporting event is abandoned before a result is determined, PaldoWin will settle all affected markets according to the rules of the governing sporting body or, where no rule exists, return all stakes.
• Maximum win limits: Single bet maximum payout is ₱500,000 per event. Accumulator maximum payout is ₱2,000,000 per bet slip. These limits apply regardless of the odds or stake placed.

8. Card Games and Slots

All card game and slot machine results on PaldoWin are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Game outcomes are generated before the on-screen animation completes and cannot be influenced by the platform or player actions after the round has started.

• Published RTPs: Return-to-player percentages for all slot titles are published and independently verified. RTPs are theoretical long-run averages and individual session results will vary.
• Pusoy and card game rules: Specific rules for each card game variant are available on the respective game pages. PaldoWin's automated rule engine enforces game rules and its decisions are final.
• Disconnection policy: If you are disconnected from a live card game or slot session, PaldoWin will attempt to complete any in-progress round according to the last confirmed action. Where this is not possible, stakes will be returned. PaldoWin is not liable for disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Stake limits for each game are displayed on the game interface before play begins. These limits are applied per round and PaldoWin may adjust them for promotional or regulatory reasons with reasonable notice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PaldoWin. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false identity or eligibility information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one PaldoWin account.
• Using PaldoWin for money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• Colluding with other players in card games or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aids to play games or place bets on PaldoWin.
• Exploiting software glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in PaldoWin's platform. Any winnings generated through a known glitch are not withdrawable and will be voided.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated multi-account claiming, pattern betting to neutralise wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Harassing, threatening, or verbally abusing other players or PaldoWin staff via any platform feature including chat.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

PaldoWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable time after request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
• Instructions received from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment account within 5 business days. Where an account is closed due to a breach, PaldoWin may withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their PaldoWin account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat or email. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment account after a standard verification step. Voluntary closure does not affect your right to re-register at a future date unless a self-exclusion is also in effect.

11. Responsible Gaming

PaldoWin is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all account holders at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits that you can set yourself from your account dashboard.
• Loss limits: Maximum net loss caps per session or period, adjustable at any time.
• Session time reminders: Alerts that appear after a self-set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for 30 to 180 days, activated immediately on request with no waiting period.

All responsible gaming tools are accessible from the Account Settings section of your PaldoWin dashboard. Increasing a deposit limit or loss limit takes effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

PaldoWin collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By using PaldoWin, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PaldoWin does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy. All personal data transmitted to and from the PaldoWin platform is protected by SSL encryption.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the PaldoWin platform – including but not limited to the PaldoWin brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials – is the intellectual property of PaldoWin or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PaldoWin platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of PaldoWin content without explicit written permission is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

PaldoWin provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, PaldoWin makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

PaldoWin's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PaldoWin is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet service interruptions, network failures, or connectivity issues beyond PaldoWin's control.
• Errors in odds, game results, or account balances caused by genuine technical faults (subject to prompt correction on discovery).
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain appropriate account security.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

15. Amendments to These Terms

PaldoWin reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, PaldoWin will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and via a notice on the PaldoWin platform before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments – such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or updates to reflect changes in Philippine law – may take effect immediately on publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent amendment.

Your continued use of PaldoWin after any amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the PaldoWin platform, or any transaction conducted through the platform shall first be referred to PaldoWin's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. PaldoWin is also subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms of its Philippine gaming regulator, which players may contact independently.
